Teresa Giudice has been in jail for almost a month, and rumors that her marriage to Joe Giudice is on the rocks have kicked into high gear. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry , Teresa is already thinking about leaving Joe when she gets out of prison in February of 2016. At least one source told Life & Style Magazine that the couple’s marriage is strained , and that things just aren’t working out.

“Teresa Giudice is determined to earn back her pre-fraud and pre-prison life, telling people that she’ll ‘be rich again.’ Is that her only goal? Shouldn’t she care about rehabilitating her image, helping her kids, or living a life away from the reality TV madness that led to her incarceration in the first place? The report even claims that Teresa is ‘crying for her kids,’ but ‘not for Joe,’” reports Celebrity Dirty Laundry .

Teresa Giudice divorce rumors aren’t necessarily new. However, many people just don’t think that the two are going to be able to make it through this. The stress on their relationship is simply incredible. As previously reported by the Inquisitr , the two were fighting quite a bit during the months leading up to their conviction and beyond. Whether or not that is true is obviously unclear — the couple has completely denied rumors that they have had any problems — but most people can see beyond the surface. Being away from your spouse for years is hard; people can grow apart even when they are living under the same roof.

Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice were both sentenced to prison, but the judge presiding over their case granted them permission to serve their terms separately. Teresa is in jail now, and when she is released, Joe will report to start his 41-month sentence. As Radar Online points out, the reality television stars are extremely lucky to have been given that option, so that one of them could be home with their four daughters.

“This type of arrangement is practically unheard of. Most of the time when there are people like Teresa and Joe, a married couple both convicted of committing a federal crime, they would have to go in at the same time. This is a special and extremely unusual arrangement and was given to them not because of their kids, but more because they are famous,” explained former inmate Beatrice Codianni.

Do you think Teresa and Joe will make it?
