Tea Leoni and husband David Duchovny are calling it quits after 14 years of marriage, announcing their breakup through their mutual publicist.
The couple are not currently offering any details about the split but you may recall that in 2008 the couple split up for a while while David underwent treatment for a sex addiction while acting on the hit Showtime show Californication which features him as a sex addicted popular author with temper issues.
Tea and Duchovny have two children together, a 9-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter.
In the meantime a new season of Californication will air soon and no custody battle has ensued so far which is always a good sign.
