Taylor Swift And Tom Hiddleston Are On The Rocks? She Questions His Motives

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston are reportedly at odds in more ways than one.

Following a report which claimed Hiddleston was sick of flying from country to country in order to be at Swift’s beck and call, a new source has spoken out, suggesting that Taylor Swift is now questioning Hiddleston’s motives for their relationship.

“Tom wants their relationship to be public, even asking [Taylor Swift] to go to the Emmys with him, but Taylor wants to keep her private life private,” a source revealed to the Daily Mail on September 5.

At the start of Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston’s romance, which followed her breakup from Calvin Harris, the couple appeared to be extremely public and throughout the first couple of weeks of their romance, they were photographed in a few different countries together, including the U.K., Australia, and Italy. They were also seen in Nashville, Tennessee, where Hiddleston got to know Taylor Swift’s parents.

Now, however, Taylor Swift reportedly feels differently about her time with Hiddleston and is said to be in favor of a much more private romance.

“Tom’s need for their relationship to be so public so quickly makes [Taylor Swift] uncomfortable,” the source explained. “She tried to be OK with it in the beginning but fears he is in love with the idea of her and not falling in love with her for the right reasons.”

Over the years, Taylor Swift has engaged in a number of unsuccessful romances but despite her bad luck, Swift has remained focused on her career and isn’t in any rush to settle down with anyone.

“[Taylor Swift] is an independent young woman and doesn’t feel like she needs a boyfriend to make her complete,” the source explained.

One day prior, another source spoke of Hiddleston’s frustrations with his relationship with Taylor Swift, revealing that it was actually Hiddleston who doesn’t appreciate the constant public attention.

“Tom can’t deal with being a laughing stock and has told [Taylor Swift] he’s done unless there’s a 360-degree change on her part,” an insider told Radar Online on September 4. “It’s become a total charade and Tom is sick of being treated like a glorified escort”

“Tom is just done with it,” said the source. “It bothers him so much that they’ve become known as this fauxmance laughing stock.”

According to the report, Taylor Swift was arguing against the issue, claiming that her actor boyfriend should feel lucky to be with her.

“Tom’s new strong approach has infuriated [Taylor Swift], who is complaining to friends that he’s gotten so much free press thanks to her,” said the insider. “The prognosis for these two lasting is not looking so good.”

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston’s relationship appeared to start off strong but after weeks of living out their romance in the public eye, Swift traveled to New York City to be with friends, and Hiddleston flew to Australia, where he’s been busy filming the upcoming installment of Thor.

In recent weeks, Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have only been spotted together a couple of times and last month, an Us Weekly report claimed that the distance between them had led to their first major argument. According to the magazine’s source, Taylor Swift and her boyfriend were spending a lot of time apart and had grown frustrated that they were unable to cross paths. However, the same source said the couple was able to work through their struggles.
