Actress Talulah Riley and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk will be ending their second marriage, it seems.

Seattle Times reports that Riley has filed for divorce on Monday, March 21, in Los Angeles Superior Court. Elon Musk originally filed for divorce from Talulah Riley in late 2014 and announced on Twitter that the couple had been separated for months.

“We took some time apart for several months to see if absence makes the heart grow fonder, and unfortunately it did not,” South African-born tech billionaire Elon said. “I still love her, but I’m not in love with her. And I can’t really give her what she wants.” However, the divorce never happened and Musk cancelled that petition only seven months later, and Riley supported the decision with the couple having seemingly reconciled whatever differences they may have had. A source close to the couple revealed to the Daily Mail that Musk and Riley would hold a small ceremony following the cancellation of their divorce.

“Her friends think they will now have some kind of commitment ceremony. It’s funny – every time they get back together the celebrations become smaller. I suppose it’s sort of embarrassing in a way, but at the same time really lovely that they just can’t keep away from each other.”

Elon Musk, 44, and Talulah Riley, 30, first began dating nearly 18 years ago, in 2008, and were married two years later in 2010 at a ceremony in Scotland. In January of 2012, Musk announced that their four-year relationship came to an end. Elon announced on Twitter that he enjoyed the few years they spent together and that he would always love her. He paid out $4.2 million in a settlement.

Several months went by and the couple announced that they were back together, getting remarried in July of 2013. But in 2014, the couple spent several months apart from one another, while Talulah continued a career in film. The actress wrote and directed her first feature film, Scottish Mussel. According to a joint statement released following their first divorce, “Elon Musk and his wife Talulah Riley have announced that they are ending their marriage amicably.”

In Los Angeles, on December 31, 2014, Elon Musk filed for divorce and later withdrew the petition. This second divorce between the couple is reported to be amicable and the two will remain friends.

Musk has five children from a previous marriage, his twins Griffin and Xavier, and triplets Damian, Saxon, and Kai. Elon married his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk, in 2008 and later divorced that same year. CNBC’s Divorce Wars, Melissa Francis talked to Justine about her divorce, where the novelist revealed Elon had given her an ultimatum that they would either immediately fix their marriage or he would file for divorce the following day.

The next day, Justine realized that her credit card had been cut off, with Elon leaving a message for Justine’s therapist to let her know that he was filing for divorce. Justine then went public with the news of her divorce.

“We had a good run. We married young, took it as far as we could and now it is over. That’s about all I can say for now, other than that it was a very sad and very necessary decision.”

Elon Musk is the founder, CEO, and CTO of SpaceX, co-founder, CEO, and product architect of Tesla Motors, the chairman of SolarCity, co-chairman of OpenAI, co-founder of Zip2, as well as the co-founder of PayPal.

Talulah Riley has appeared as an actress in Pride & Prejudice and Inception. Riley was present at September’s unveiling of the Tesla’s Model X sports utility car, sitting in the front row.

Elon Musk is scheduled to introduce the newest version of Tesla’s electric car, the Model 3, later this month. As of January 2016, Elon Musk owns nearly 28.9 million Tesla shares, the equivalent of about 22 percent of the company.
