Once she’s decided what she’s going to wear, she selects a makeup palette with matching colors. Basically, she pulls colors from the outfit she has chosen to guarantee the perfect complement.

The Shameless star doesn’t always need tons of jewelry in order to bring her makeup and clothing together for major events. Instead, Emmy minimalizes her need for accessories by turning her hair into an accessory.
