Scott Baio will show his support for Donald Trump in a big way. The former Charles in Charge star will speak at the Republican National Convention. Baio will speak in a lineup that includes tech billionaire Peter Thiel and UFC president Dana White in support of the controversial Republican presidential candidate at the Cleveland convention, according to the Hollywood Reporter .

Scott Baio announced on Fox News’ Justice with Judge Jeanine that he was invited by Trump himself to speak at the convention. Baio told Judge Jeanine that ever since he announced his support for Trump, he has been bombarded with interviews and that it has been “fantastic.”

“I was at a fundraiser for Mr. Trump the other night with my wife, and he invited me to speak at the convention—which was completely unexpected and out of left field,” Scott revealed. “I mean, he had given a speech and he was walking out and I looked at him and I said, ‘Mr. Trump, Scott Baio…,’ and he said, ‘Oh my God!’ And he said to me, ‘Do you want to speak?’ and I said, ‘Here?’ and he goes, ‘No, no, at the convention!’ And I went, ‘Ugh… o…okay,’ and we went inside the house where the fundraiser was.”

Baio added that he will be speaking Monday night at the convention. Because the invitation was so last minute, he doesn’t know exactly what he will be talking about, but he reiterated that Trump is a great guy.

“I wish that people could meet Donald Trump. I really do,” Scott said on the Fox News program. “He’s such a regular guy, and every time I’ve been with him and talked with him, he’s a guy… he’s just a guy… who is very successful. And that’s one of the things I hope will connect with millions of Americans.”

Scott Baio is not the only celebrity who will speak on behalf of Trump. Baio, who once starred on the VH1 reality series Scott Baio Is 45… and Single , will be joined by soap star and former underwear model Antonio Sabato Jr. Antonio is also a former VH1 reality star who headlined the dating show My Antonio .

Considering Donald Trump hosted his own reality show ( The Apprentice ) for years, the addition of two reality stars to his RNC lineup isn’t all that surprising. More surprising is the fact that Sabato Jr. told People that he has never been affiliated with a political party until Trump.

“I have never been a Republican or Democrat,” the former General Hospital heartthrob said. “I am an American.”

Scott Baio has made headlines for some of his social media squabbles while supporting Trump. Last month, Baio slammed President Barack Obama’s response to the mass shooting in Orlando, describing the current president as either “dumb, a Muslim or a Muslim sympathizer.” Scott then posted multiple videos to illustrate his point that Obama seems to say he comes from a Muslim family. Baio later posted a quote about Muslims from Barack Obama’s book, The Audacity of Hope .

Scott Baio also caused controversy after he tweeted a controversial meme about Hillary Clinton, and he got into a Twitter war with a Huffington Post journalist who insinuated he was wearing Donald Trump socks while on a porn set.

Before he became a political pundit, Baio had a long acting career, logging his first acting credit 40 years ago in the movie Bugsy Malone . As a teen, Scott was a series regular on the short-lived comedy Blansky’s Beauties before hitting it big with the role of Chachi Arcola on Happy Days and the spinoff Joanie Loves Chachi . Later, he starred as the title character in the ’80s sitcom Charles in Charge . More recently, Scott Baio starred in the Nickelodeon sitcom See Dad Run .

The addition of Scott Baio and Antonio Sabato Jr. to the Republican National Convention has brought plenty of reactions on Twitter.

Trump promised an “all-star” RNC lineup of Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger and is giving you Scott Baio and Antonio Sabato Jr. Wake up.

Saw Scott Baio was trending and I’m like, “Is he dead?” and then I see he’s supporting Trump and think “same difference.”

Ok, if Trump & Scott Baio re-enact a scene from “Happy Days”, with Trump as the Fonz & Baio as Chachi, then all is forgiven.

Chachi ! Scott Baio! Really? REALLY? Can you say, “Trump the shark”? ….sad……..stupid

Is underwear model, Janet Jackson dancer & “The Maggots in the Meathead” actor Antonio Sabàto supposed to prove Trump knows show biz types?
