Rita Ora, Ricky Hil Split: Busy Work Schedules Lead To ‘Amicable’ Decision

Singer Rita Ora and Ricky Hil have reportedly gone their separate ways again.
Daily Mail reports that the 24-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey actress and the 25-year-old son of Tommy Hilfiger mutually ended their relationship earlier this month.
Hours after the news of her relationship status change broke, Rita Ora was performing on-stage as the headlining act of the RadioCity festival in Liverpool, England.

An inside source reportedly opened up to Daily Mail about Rita and Ricky’s decision to shift their on-again, off-again relationship to the “off” position for good.
“Rita and Ricky have split for good this time. It is amicable between the two and they both made the decision to call it a day due to their work schedules. They’ve been on and off for a while.”
According to the insider, Rita and Ricky’s busy work schedules apparently put a strain on their long-distance relationship.
“He’s based in LA and she’s based in London. Now that she’s doing the X Factor and has her new album here, she will be here for the rest of the year. But he has commitments to his music career and fashion line overseas, too.”
Another source added that the former couple “found it to difficult” to continue staying together with their “ongoing work commitments.”
“They both tried to make it work but their work schedules made it difficult. It has been an amicable split and they remain friends.”
To help her move forward with her life after the recent split, Rita Ora has reportedly relied on the support of her close friends. Her hectic schedule as one of the newest X Factor judges in addition to working on her album have been a “welcome distraction” since they allow her to place her personal problems on the back-burner in order to focus on work.
Before Rita started dating Ricky Hil, the Poison singer was romantically linked to Calvin Harris.
