Fox Sports sideline reporter Pam Oliver had another on-field close encounter on Sunday.

Oliver was doing a pregame report during the Green Bay Packers-Cincinnati Bengals matchup when she was nearly run over by the Ohio State marching band. The Bengals rallied from 16 points down to win the game 34-30.

Oliver with good humor shouted “Hey now!” and “really?” as she dodged a trumpeter and a trombonist all the while continuing her live report. The producers were likely responsible for placing her in the middle of the horn section of the band. Fortunately no one was hurt, i.e., no harm, no foul.

It’s still early in the NFL season, but Oliver is already having a rough year, however.

As we reported previously , Oliver suffered a concussion when she was hit in the face with a football on August 18.n a video that went viral, Oliver was standing on the sidelines during a pre-season matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Giants in the New Jersey Meadowlands when Colts backup QB Chandler Harnish accidentally hurled the pigskin in her direction. Oliver, who had her back turned at the time, continued to cover the NFL game from the sidelines even after the incident. As a result of the concussion, She suffered nausea, whole body soreness, severe headaches, and extreme light sensitivity for about five days afterward.

USA Today describes what the Pam Oliver-marching band near collision: “Oliver was doing a live stand-up prior to Cincy’s home game, when the marching band marched right in her direction. A trumpeter almost mowed Oliver down, then a trombone slide almost popped her as she tried to back away. It was like something out of a Three Stooges movie. Thankfully, Oliver was unhurt this time around, which allowed her to issue a sarcastic “really?” after the band menace was neutralized.”

Oliver has worked for Fox Sports since 1995.
