On Memorial Day, she paid homage to the brave soldiers. She remembers the soldiers for their bravery and not just mourns their loss. Her focus was to pay respect to the soldiers who sacrificed themselves for the rights of Americans.
Melania always ensures she commemorates such days with posts and speeches. In her Mother’s Day speech this year, she spoke about military mothers and hosted them at the White House. After her absence from the media, she is not very active in the administration. The 55-year-old First Lady has been taking her role seriously. Her woman’s day speech was not a hit, but she delivered it with confidence.
She was a lead in the Take It Down Act which works to remove revenge porn and AI-generated images of nonconsensual people, especially teens. Last week, the act was signed. Besides, she also hosted an event for bringing your kid to work day at the White House. Her role and duties as the FLOTUS have come to attention lately, and she is doing her best.

President Trump also shared a rant on his Truth Social about the incompetence of the former president. He also targeted the US-hating judges in his post. He spoke about how the last president destroyed the country with his radical left mind. Everyone reading his post knew he was talking about Joe Biden. His rant was indirect, but he states how open borders and immigration have led to undeserving people in the country. Now, he is cleaning up the mess.
His rant ended with appreciating the progress his administration has made and, like he always says, America will be safe and great again. He did not just rant over Truth Social; he also made a point to do that during his speech.
Trump really can’t let go of any chance to attack Biden. Even in his Memorial Day speech, he was talking about the sacrifice of young men and what it means to the country. Then, he went on to target Biden based on his immigration policies. He said he is fixing the four years of damage as it was a long, hard four years the country went through.

He asked who would even let that happen. He blames Biden for several people pouring through the border who are unchecked. After saying all this, he finished the topic by concluding, ‘Not for today to discuss,’ as he went back to the Memorial Day speech.
In his speech, he included names of the brave Americans buried there at Arlington and soldiers who died in Syria, Afghanistan and Vietnam. Melania was absent from the speech; however, every one appreciated her heartfelt message. Both of their approaches were so different for Memorial Day, showing how their opinions are different.
