Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Engaged? What His Friends Say About An Upcoming Proposal

Prince Harry is gearing up for a wedding with Meghan Markle , and his friends think it might happen in 2017. An inside source told Radar Online that Harry is head over heels in love with Markle and wants to take their relationship to the next level soon. Will they tie the knot by the end of the year?

Harry and Markle have grown incredibly close over the past few months. The two allegedly FaceTime every day and do not go a month without seeing each other, despite both of their busy schedules. The Suits star has even moved a wardrobe inside Kensington Palace and often cooks meals for Harry at home.

For his part, Harry is reportedly telling his pals that Markle is the girl he wants to marry. The prince is expected to pop the big question this fall, which coincides with his 33rd birthday. His friends naturally think Markle will say yes and that a wedding will quickly ensue.

“Harry has found the girl he wants to spend the rest of his life with — he is fueling all the talk about the future,” the insider shared.

If Harry asks Markle to marry him on his birthday, then they could make the announcement the following week. The two are expected to attend the Invictus Games after his birthday, so they could show off their engagement rings there. Of course, neither Harry nor Meghan Markle has confirmed the engagement rumors, though Metro reports that it’s only a matter of time before they get hitched .

Close friends of the couple believe their romance is going so well that Harry will ask her to marry him before the year is out. If they did tie the knot this year, it will be the first royal ceremony since Prince William and Kate Middleton exchanged vows back in 2011. As fans will recall, then-Prime Minister David Cameron announced a day off across the country so that people could watch the wedding on television.

There’s no telling when Harry will pop the big question, but his birthday is a possibility. Harry and Markle have been dating since the fall of 2016 and have kept their romance out of the public eye. They were most recently spotted at Pippa Middleton’s wedding with her billionaire husband last month.
