It’s been a bad week for celebrity drivers. Amanda Bynes was involved with another hit and run . News reporter Jane McGarry was pulled over for driving under the influence on Sunday morning . And now “Lost” star Matthew Fox could be facing DUI charges.
TMZ reports that Fox was arrested at 3:23 this morning while driving in Oregon. Fox was reportedly taken into custody. The official charges are unknown but sources say that the arrest was alcohol related.
People Magazine reports that Fox and a passenger were on their way to a fast food restaurant when they were pulled over by police.
Fox has not commented yet on his arrest.
This isn’t the first time that Fox has found himself in trouble with the law. Fox was arrested for assaulting a female bus driver in Cleveland last Summer. The charges against Fox were eventually dropped.
Matthew Fox is best known for starring in the hit show “Lost.” Fox has taken a few years off from acting but will return to the big screen soon. Fox is slated to star in “Alex Cross” and the Brad Pitt movie “World War Z.”
