Mandy Moore’s Stalker Arrested Again, Without Prosecution

Many Moore’s stalker was arrested outside of her home once again, following a prior incident. According to TMZ , this is the third time in two weeks that her stalker visited her residency. Despite mounting evidence, prosecutors have said that there’s simply not enough evidence to lock up Moore’s stalker for good.

Moore’s stalker, Salahudin Moultaali, does have a restraining order against him by Mandy, but that doesn’t seem to be making matters less stressful for Moore. As stated, after the second attempt to reach Moore, the D.A. decided to throw the case out because of a lack of evidence. Two days after the ruling, Salahudin Moultaali showed up at Moore’s residency, rambling and raving. He was then arrested for violating his restraining order, but it doesn’t seem that the restraining order is keeping him off of Moore’s property for good.

Currently, Moultaali is still locked up, and bail has been set at $150,000. Despite the third attempt to reach Moore, the D.A. has said that they have no plans to make this a felony case.

As the Inquisitr reported, this isn’t the only time Moore’s stalker has been accused of being verbally abusive near the singer’s residency. Wonderwall reported two weeks ago of a separate incident.

“[A] man in his forties was screaming and swearing while attempting to leave notes on the singer’s doorstep. Apparently this is also the second time in three days that the man had been at Moore’s home. On both occasions, the 31-year-old called the police. A police report was filed after the first incident, however the man was not arrested at the time.”

According to the outlet, they have said that the stalker most likely suffers from mental illness, but from what we can tell, he was not assisted by medical officials at the time of his arrest.

Moore’s mounting stresses doesn’t end with her stalker. The singer-actress is currently going through a tumultuous divorce with singer Ryan Adams. The actress is requesting spousal support, but Adams is refusing to give her a dime. According to a recent report by TMZ, Moore is having trouble taking care of their eight cats. The two never had children together.

“Moore filed legal documents in December 2015 ordering Adams to pay her $37,000 a month until they finalize their divorce. The former couple, who wed in 2009, have also had issues involving their eight pets. The ‘Red Band Society’ actress has requested that the music man take four of their six cats and also alleges that being a caretaker to their pets has hindered her ability to get work.”

The two decided to split back in January of 2015. A year prior to their split, Adams refused to talk about his personal life, and that included his relationship to the famous star. During an interview with BuzzFeed, Adams explained why he hung up when the chat turned personal during a previous interview with Melbourne radio station.

Adams explained the awkward moment with the Melbourne host to BuzzFeed.

“OK, so I just hung up ’cause I was on the radio getting asked about my wife. I was really nice about it the first time, and I’m sorry, but I won’t repeat myself. The deal is this: I’m a private person and I’ll be a gentleman and say I’m not talking about my marriage ever. I’ll never talk about it. Ever.”

Adams continued as follows.

“I’ll talk about rescue cats for a few seconds. But even there I don’t want to talk about my pets. If I have children I’m not going to discuss that with anyone ever. I’ll suggest it once and then I’m going to hang up.”
