Kylie Jenner News: Star Buys New House That She’ll Never Live In?

This latest bit of Kylie Jenner news coming from the Kardashian/Jenner camp is proving that the 19-year-old may have a better head on her shoulders than previously thought by popular opinion.

That’s according to E! News, who is reporting that the latest Kylie Jenner news is that the makeup mogul has bought a new house in the Hidden Hills next to her mother, Kris Jenner. This latest purchase is the perfect compliment to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s other house, which is right on the next lot, that she purchased in May for $6 million. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 5,000 square feet, and nearly 4 acres of land, this mansion set Kylie back about $4.5 million, making her total in real estate investments more than $10 million. Not bad for a teenager!

E! is also reporting that Kylie isn’t the only Jenner with a mind for real estate: her older sister, supermodel Kendall, also recently purchased a house in trendy West Hollywood. Kendall’s 4,800 square foot home was once owned by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, and cost her $6.5 million. Again, most impressive of a purchase!

But what’s most noteworthy about this latest bit of Kylie Jenner news is that this house isn’t even going to be lived in by the youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan. According to People Magazine, Kylie didn’t buy this house to live in, or even to expand her current living situation. Rather, Kylie bought this house to use as a home office of sorts — it will be the official headquarters for Kylie Cosmetics , the makeup line that has turned Kylie Jenner into a millionaire of her own accord. In addition to her makeup line, People is reporting that the social media superstar is developing an app of her own. No word yet on when this app will be released, or even what this app is all about, but it’s sure to be a winner, like the rest of Kylie’s business ventures.

Indeed, this latest bit of Kylie Jenner news is yet another “win” for the youngster, who — according to the Mirror — is enjoying a variety of successes in her professional life. The British magazine followed Kylie Jenner when she went to visit the Snapchat corporate headquarters in Venice, California, where she was wearing a gorgeous & trendy short black dress. While she was at the Snapchat corporate headquarters, Jenner confirmed that she’s the social media app’s most viewed superstar, and the designers she met with agreed with her “by a long shot.” This is leading some people to speculate that Kylie’s new app will be developed in conjunction with Snapchat, but so far, there’s no word either way from the Kardashian/Jenner camp.

In addition to being popular on Snapchat, she’s also one of the most popular celebrities on Instagram, and she even has her own filter on Snapchat. Last year, she shared this bit of news with her fans and promised many more surprises in store once she launched her website.

Despite all of the good Kylie Jenner news about her professional life, she hasn’t had much luck in her private life. Since breaking up with Young Money rapper Tyga — a controversial relationship, because it began when she was still under the legal age of consent — she hasn’t been able to find a successful relationship with anyone of note. Of course, that’s another thing that could still be in the works!
