Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler were engaged last Summer but the wedding was called off in July. Rumors circulated last month that the NFL quarterback and the reality show darling were engaged again, but Cavallari quickly dashed those rumors. Now, finally, the engagement is official.
Cavallari wrote on Twitter today:
“This time its official. Jay and I are engaged again :).”
US Magazine reports that Cavallari was spotted on Tuesday in West Hollywood wearing a 5.2 carat engagement ring.
Cavallari, a former star on “The Hill,” made it to the finale of “Dancing With the Stars” this year but Cavallari and dance partner Mark Ballas couldn’t dance their way to the top.
Still, Cavallari said that she had a great time on the show:
“At least everybody wasn’t expecting me to go home because I was horrible or anything like that… I just had such an incredible experience… We’ve become such a little family that it’s really sad to leave. I’m going to miss seeing everybody everyday but I’m glad I did the show and I wouldn’t take it back for anything.”
Cutler was also put on the bench recently, but it had nothing to do with his dancing. Cutler injured his thumb and had to have surgery. The Bears quarterback will be out for a few weeks, but he’s expected to make a return if the Bears make it to the playoffs.
