After nearly a month of silence former Kim Kardashian beau Kris Humphries will finally come forward on Friday to tell his half of the story to the team at Good Morning America!
Kris was originally forbidden to talk about his split because of a prenuptial agreement however that agreement is being dismissed and he will be allowed to talk to the press.
An insider told RadarOnline last week:
“The confidentiality aspect of the prenup is extensive and was created just in case things went bad, neither Kim nor Kris could discuss their relationship to the media. But now, Kris wants to be able to talk about the relationship without fear of being sued.”
Listing the couples split as Oct. 31, 2011 Humphries last week asked that their marriage be annulled and listed the reason as “fraud.”
If the annulment is denied he has also asked for a legal separation.
According to that same insider:
“ Kris is getting excellent legal advice. If the judge annuls the marriage, they were never legally married, and the prenup at that point is really moot. Kris wants this to play out in court, and wants the process to be transparent. If this needs to go to trial, he is ready for that.”
Given how much Kim Kardashian and her friends have bashed Kris Humphries since the split that caused her career to be on the rocks I can’t say I blame the guy for wanting to share his half of the story.
