Kenya Moore’s Boyfriend, Matt Jordan, Declares She’s His, Flaws And All

The latest episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta that aired on Sunday night showed Kenya Moore taking a major step with her boyfriend, Matt Jordan. Kenya introduced fitness trainer Matt to her aunt, known as Aunt Lori. Kenya, trying to determine if they really had a future together or if she was just wasting her time, then had a heart-to-heart talk with Matt to discuss whether he wanted children. Instead of shutting down the conversation, 28-year-old Matt actually assured Kenya that he wants children as soon as she does.

It seems that Matt is just as committed to Kenya now as he was when the episode was filmed. Last Thursday, Matt posted a photograph of Kenya to his Instagram page. The photograph shows Kenya without much, if any, makeup on, and her wavy hair loose around her shoulders. The photograph may have been taken during the couple’s stay in Jamaica for the show, since it shows Kenya out in the water with the beach behind her.

Matt’s caption for the photo proudly declares that Kenya is his, even when she curses somebody out or takes a wrong photo. Matt added that when people see Kenya’s face, they should know that she belongs to him.

It seems that Matt’s intent with the Instagram post is to defend Kenya against her critics and to let everyone know that he’s happy and proud to be in a relationship with her, despite what people think of her.

A week ago, Matt defended not just Kenya, but also her co-stars. Matt pointed out that Kenya and her co-stars have chosen to let everyone see all sides of them, both the good and the bad, and that no one is perfect. Why did Matt put up such a post? It seems that someone, presumably in the comments for a previous post, brought up one of Kenya’s exes. Matt apparently thought that was out of line.

On the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya Moore introduced Aunt Lori, who is her mother figure, to Matt Jordan. Aunt Lori thought that Matt was nice but said that Kenya usually dates men with more power and money. Kenya conceded that Matt may not fit the profile of the usual kind of man she dates, but pointed out that no one is perfect.

“With anybody, there’s going to be things that are really great and things that fall short.”

In her confessional interview, Kenya admitted that she was scared that he could be the one.

“Could he be the one? I just don’t know but I’m really scared to death that he may be. He really just may be the blessing that I’ve been looking for.”

Kenya also said that while her “clock is ticking,” she didn’t want to put pressure on Matt to have a baby.

Later, Kenya had dinner with Matt, during which she actually brought up the topic of children.

“Do you feel like you’re ready to settle down?…Do you want children?”

Matt said that he was ready for children, explaining that he wasn’t into partying like he used to. Kenya, who is now 45, then let Matt know how serious she is about having children by revealing the medical steps she has taken to increase her chances of being a mother.

“When? Let’s be honest, I’m not a spring chicken. I don’t have five or 10 years for frolicking to make up my mind. I’ve already started the process of medications and saving eggs and things like that.”

Instead of shutting down, expressing reluctance or acting very nervous, Matt actually let Kenya know that he definitely sees a future with her, with children included.

“It sounds like our time frames are the same.”

Is Kenya pregnant already? There have been rumors that she is. Co-star Phaedra Parks, during her Watch What Happens Live appearance three weeks ago, confirmed that she heard that Kenya is pregnant from a “somewhat reliable source.”

“Well that’s what I heard. I have no proof. But that’s what I heard from a somewhat reliable source.”

While Kenya Moore has yet to confirm whether she and Matt Jordan are having a child together, she has revealed that they’re the proud parents of two young puppies. She has named them King and Twirl.
