Katy Perry is “not fazed” by recent reports that Orlando Bloom allegedly cheated with Selena Gomez and isn’t letting the rumors get to her.
New reports are claiming that Katy and Orlando are still very much together after TMZ alleged that Selena and Orlando were spotted getting “touch feely” while at a club in the Las Vegas city and, according to E! News , the two “have no issues” following the recent cheating allegations.
An insider revealed to the site this week that Perry and Bloom are most definitely “still together” despite the recent rumors and “communicate well about everything,” which means Orlando more than likely told Katy about his Sin City run-in with Selena before the news hit the headlines.
“Orlando explained everything to Katy, and Katy didn’t look too much into the matter anyway,” E! News ‘ insider said, also revealing that Bloom and Perry “speak every day.”
“Katy has experience with how the media can flip things around, so she’s not fazed by this,” the site’s source continued earlier this week, adding that “Things are good with them now.”
Perry appeared to confirm reports that she and Orlando, who she’s rumored to have been dating since the start of this year, are all good following the Selena Gomez cheating rumors on her official Twitter page this week, where she addressed the recent claims for the first time.
Telling her more than 88 million Twitter followers not to “feed the beast,” Katy praised Orlando amid the supposed cheating scandal by directing fans to a piece Bloom, who is a UNICEF goodwill ambassador, wrote for Time magazine about education.
“Instead of giving energy & eyeballs to dumb conspiracy [trash] check out how COOL this is,” Katy tweeted out on May 13, alongside the hashtag “#dontfeedthebeast.”
Katy Perry didn’t explicitly confirm that she was referencing the supposed cheating drama in her tweet, though Selena Gomez made it pretty clear that she was responding to the rumors by retweeting Perry’s messageand adding the praise hands emoji.
Selena Gomez then posted another tweet appearing to deny reports that she was caught hooking-up with Orlando, writing on her official Twitter page shortly after retweeting Katy’s message, “#killemwithkindness -one day they’ll get it lol.”
While this marks the first time Katy, Orlando or Selena have explicitly referenced the cheating rumors, Katy Perry had fans speculating that she may have been upset about the recent cheating reports after she took to social media on May 12 to post a link to Peggy Lee’s 1960’s hit “Is That All There Is.”

Perry’s vague tweet featured a link to the song alongside the simple message “Is that all there is?” which had a slew of Katy’s fans believing that the song, which deals with a break-up, was her way of revealing just how she was feeling amid the rumors.
TMZ was first to report that Selena and Orlando were seen together at a Las Vegas club following Gomez’s Revival tour stop in the Nevada city, posting some pretty incriminating snaps of their get together and claiming that an onlooker saw the duo, who are rumored to have dated in the past, were pretty “touchy feely” during their encounter.
The site’s claimed that Katy’s boyfriend and Selena “started neck-nuzzling and embracing in a booth” and also released a candid paparazzi video that showed the two later leaving the Nevada club together while Perry was in California.
