Kate Hudson, Derek Hough Dating: ‘Rekindled Romance’ Details Revealed

Actress Kate Hudson is reportedly dating pro dancer Derek Hough.

According to Us Weekly , the 36-year-old actress has apparently been enjoying her “rekindled romance” with the 30-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro for over a month.

During U2’s concert at The Forum on May 26, Derek Hough and Kate Hudson were reportedly having a double date with Derek’s sister Julianne and her boyfriend. An insider opened up to Us Weekly about the couple’s PDAs from that event.

“She hugged him and they kept their arms around each other for a while before actually letting go.”

Kate Hudson and Derek Hough apparently did not want the fun to stop there, so they went back to see U2 performing again three nights later at The Forum and were reportedly “inseparable at the concert together.”

After the concert was over, Kate and Derek hung out with actor Aaron Paul at The Roxy and hung out at the bar looking “cozy all night.”

The news of Kate Hudson and Derek Hough’s fling back in December 2014 was first reported by Us Weekly after the two of them were reportedly spotted making out.

When asked about the hot topic as he headed to a life coaching seminar in Florida the same month, Derek Hough did not hesitate to cleverly evade the conversation.

“It’s not really the time or the place to talk about it buddy.”

Kate Hudson was also spotted on the set of Dancing with the Stars in West Hollywood, California last month to visit Derek Hough.

Kate Hudson married Chris Robinson, the lead vocalist of The Black Crowes, in December 2000. The couple separated in August 2006 and finalized their divorce in October 2007. Kate was then in a relationship with Muse singer Matt Bellamy from the spring of 2010 until their split in December of last year.

According to Hollywood Life, inside sources claim that Kate’s flirtatious behavior was a major issue that led to the couple’s split.

“Kate is a terrible flirt and Matt has always been jealous of her relationship with other men. They have had many fights over her flirtatious behavior in the past.”

It apparently did not take Matt Bellamy very long to move on from his former fiancee. E! News reported that the 36-year-old rock star was dating 25-year-old model Elle Evans.

In addition to being there for her two kids and apparently spending time with Derek Hough, Kate Hudson is also currently filming the Peter Berg-directed film Deepwater Horizon .
