K. Michelle is in love. The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star recently revealed that she has a new man in her life. Now it looks like she might be telling fans even more during a concert on Sunday night. Did K. Michelle just confess on stage that she is pregnant, too?
Fans are still waiting to learn more about K. Michelle’s new man. So far, the singer’s beau is very much a mystery , and recently it was reported by BET that he may be a doctor. That’s a good look for K., who has struggled to date some pretty questionable men in the past.

Last season on K. Michelle’s VH1 spinoff reality show, she tried to date a pretty wide variety of men. The Inquisitr even reported on her relationship with a man who she thought was a German prince. It turns out that he was a German reality TV star who called himself a prince, dashing all of K.’s royal aspirations. It didn’t help his case when he wouldn’t stop calling her a booty model and commenting on her voluptuous backside.
It sounds like K. Michelle couldn’t wait to tell everyone about her new and exciting life.
“So before this, we go through a lot of trial and errors when it comes to dating … For so long I wanted the bad boy, the troubled. I wanted that. That didn’t work out too well for me,” she told the audience during the Atlanta show. “So I got to the point where I just wanted a good man. So I found the perfect man. He’s always been here for me … And he’s a doctor.”
It wasn’t the announcement that she had a new man that has fans talking, though. It’s another revelation during K. Michelle’s Hello Kimberly tour date in Atlanta where she told the huge crowd, “And I’m so happy about our journey and that we are about to start a family.”
Did K. Michelle just tell everyone that she’s pregnant? It seems that the singer could have been more direct with her news. Fans want to know if she is really expecting and if so, when can we expect another LHHATL bundle of joy? Also, will there be a joint baby shower with her reality TV bestie, Joseline Hernandez? We need details!
Hip Hollywood seems to know who K. Michelle’s man might be. Referencing a picture that K. posted to Instagram earlier in the week, they believe that her new man is a dentist, and they even named which one. Is K. Michelle’s new man a well-known Memphis dentist named Dr. Kastan Sims? Apparently, the good dentist has been identified based on what little of him is showing in a picture where K. Michelle is straddling him.
With K. Michelle’s shocking baby news and the idea that she might actually be settling down with a man who is successful in his own right, fans are wondering if she’ll even bother to return for Season 6 of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Will K. ditch the reality TV gig to focus on her singing career and new family? Or will she keep sharing details of her life with her fans through VH1 programming? Maybe she’ll just stick to her spinoff show K. Michelle: My Life and still let fans know what she’s been up to.
