Jessica Biel will soon be appearing in the action thriller Total Recall and it looks like she spent some time in the gym to look the part. The former 7th Heaven actress recently showed off her tight abs and beautiful booty while swimming off the beach in Puerto Rico.
US Weekly reports that the 30-year-old actress has been hanging in Puerto Rico with her fiance, Justin Timberlake, who is shooting his new movie Runner, Runner. ( You can see Biel’s latest bikini pics here. )
Biel, who was named Esquire ‘s “Sexiest Woman Alive” in 2005, told US that it isn’t easy to stay in great shape. Biel said that she has to live a boring life in order to look beautiful.
Biel said:
“For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps…. Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible. But now that summer’s coming around, I’m planning on spending more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging with my dog, Tina.”
Biel said that she’s happy about marrying Timberlake but doesn’t think that it will change their relationship. Biel said:
“I don’t think marriage will change anything. I may be wrong, but I just think it will be a challenge to find balance between my private life, family, and work — and I’m ready. For me, getting married does not mean we should be limited to a predefined plan. Rather, it is an opening to explore new things in life.”
