Some people think it’s acceptable to call DWTS pro Cheryl Burke “fat,” but then again, a lot of gorgeous people end up under the radar thanks to their jobs. Since Cheryl Burke isn’t anywhere near heavy, I was hoping that this would fizzle out. But noooo, now DWTS’ Louis Van Amstel and Maksim Chmerkovskiy criticized Burke’s weight gain (5 pounds!), and Jennifer Love Hewitt has jumped into the mix to defend Cheryl.
Jennifer told People that “Cheryl Burke is so beautiful and an amazing dancer and that’s what people should concentrate on. I think [people] feel like people don’t have any feelings.”
At least someone else is standing up for her. It’s just too bad that Jennifer herself caved last year after she was criticized for her bikini body and lost a ton of weight .
