Jenelle Evans Could Get Jace Back Soon: Says Court Is Going Very Well

Jenelle Evans has been working very hard to change her life. When she joined 16 & Pregnant years ago, she signed over parental rights to her mother so she could take care of Jace. Evans really wanted to skip out on the responsibilities of a parent, and she decided to dedicate all of her money and time to the guys in her life. She stole her mother’s credit card, got arrested, and even got addicted to drugs. Evans has a long criminal record, and her mother has struggled to trust her again.

According to a new tweet, Jenelle Evans is now revealing that she is still fighting hard to get her son back in her custody. Despite going to school and having a second son, Barbara Evans isn’t keen on giving Jace back to her daughter. In fact, Evans really wants to have her son back in her care, and she has been going to court to make that happen.

“I think u surprised everyone, nobody expected u to turn ur life around. But can I ask, whats taking so long to get Jace bk?” one person wrote to Jenelle, who replied with, “Been going through this custody battle for a year and court keeps getting continued. Next month we should be it!”

It sounds like Evans has been doing everything possible to get her son back, including going to court to see what she can do to make it happen. Barbara doesn’t want to give up Jace, because she doesn’t want him to hate her down the road. But many fans are wondering when Barbara will give Jace back to Jenelle, and it sounds like Evans is happy with the progress of the custody battle.

“Did court go well today? I wish all this would go away so you don’t have to stress it,” one person asked Jenelle this morning, who replied with, “No problems. Smooth.”

Jenelle Evans has also spoken out about her relationship with Nathan Griffith. The two split last year after months of cheating and fighting. Evans quickly met another man, David Eason, but since Jenelle and Nathan have a son together, she is stuck in the middle. While one can imagine that Evans just wants primary custody of Kaiser, leaving Nathan out in the cold. But it sounds like her focus is on Jace these days.

“Jace recently asked me: ‘When can I live with you again?'” Evans recently told People magazine, adding, “I said: ‘Well, hopefully by the summer you’ll be living here.’ But that’s all I told him – I don’t want him to know too much right now ’cause it’s really detrimental.”

It sounds like Evans and Nathan aren’t really on speaking terms these days. He recently revealed that Jenelle had attempted suicide. She denied ever trying to take her life, and she claims that he’s just saying anything and everything to get attention from Teen Mom. Of course, both Nathan and Jenelle have moved on with new people, but it sounds like there are still feelings stuck. It is very possible that he could play a bigger role on Teen Mom later this season, especially since he really wants to have more time with his son.

“We really don’t talk other than if it’s about Jace, because if we are around each other too much we start arguing,” Evans said to People, adding about Nathan Griffith, “It’s just a lot of butting heads right now. I think he’s really not putting all personal issues aside – he’s not making it just about Kaiser.”
