Two and a Half Men is looking for a Charlie Sheen replacement and they had nearly found their man in Hugh Grant according to Deadline .

Grant was offered $1 million per episode and nearly took the role, however creative differences between Grant and creator Chuck Lorre eventually led to the actor walking away from the role.

The move may have possibly been a good one for Grant who’s last movie, 2009’s Did You Hear About the Morgan’s had horrible sales numbers.

Warner Bros and CBS have both announced that they are pursuing an “A Lister” to replace Sheen, although who that person will be is still unknown.
