Rumor has it that Heidi Montag is in the market for an 11th plastic surgery, but this time it’s to undo some of the damage from the previous 10. The Hills star is looking for a breast reduction which would bring her bust down to a D.

“I just wanna, like, rip them off!” Montag told ET , though we’re certain that’s just the lower back pain talking. The 27-year-old also reportedly said that she’s planning on draining some of the saline out of those puppies for “health reasons.” Ambiguous, but what are you going to do. This is the celebrity gossip circuit.
Anyway, a breast reduction would mark a partial reversal of the massive body-overhaul she put herself through in 2009 with a marathon 10 plastic surgeries in a single day.
She got: A mini brow lift, botox in her forehead, a nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation, liposuction on the waist and thighs, and a butt-job (the chart is below).
Even though Montag was absolutely beautiful before all of the Barbie-work, she said that she put her body through the ringer because she gets made fun of for her looks.
“I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A.,” she told People in 2010. “[After I starred on The Hills ] people said I had a Jay Leno chin . They’d circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me.”
We have no idea who Montag is planning to go to in order to get her breasts reduced to a D-cup, but we’re guessing it won’t be Dr. Frank Ryan, who performed her 10 plastic surgeries. He was killed in a car accident in 2010 . Montag praised him at the time as an “angel” who “changed the world,” but later seemed to slam him for not being forthcoming about the bodily consequences of a massively altering 10 plastic surgeries.
“Doctors, it’s like they’re selling you cookies or something,” she grumbled in a 2010 interview.
Fun fact: This is the second time Heidi Montag has had her breasts reduced. She was initially brought all the way up to a G.
