Gwyneth Paltrow and boyfriend Brad Falchuk are no longer hiding their romance. On vacation in Italy, Gwyneth flaunted her figure in an itsy-bitsy bikini off the coast and made it clear that she’s enjoying private time with Brad, reported People .
As part of their Italian vacation, food-lover Paltrow couldn’t resist indulging in pasta. And, true to her do-it-yourself philosophy, revealed on her website, Goop, Gwyneth made it for herself. Paltrow didn’t reveal whether she shared it with her boyfriend.
“When in Rome… make your own pasta! Chef Rosa had me blend the egg with basil before I mixed with flour… Green tagliolini… Will post whole recipe soon on #goop,” promised the actress.

At 42, Gwyneth is proud of her success in maintaining her sleek physique, and she showed it off by keeping her attire minimal on her vacation, reported Us Weekly .
Paltrow, who is “consciously uncoupled” from Chris Martin, got some help from her 44-year-old new boyfriend, Falchuk, who co-created Glee . Gwyneth met Brad when she had a guest star role on Glee .
As to how she maintains her bikini body? Paltrow credits a combination of diet diligence and focused fitness, reported Women’s Health .
“My routine is the same every weekday,” said Gwyneth. “I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work.”
Paltrow drinks coffee with half-and-half every morning.
“Me with no coffee is not a good look,” she joked.
Gwyneth follows a strict low-carb diet during the day, then allows herself a carb indulgence at night when she eats with her children.

“I’ll have a smoothie after I work out. For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I’ll have whatever I want,” revealed Gwyneth. “Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes.”
As the Inquisitr reported, Paltrow has two children, Apple and Moses . After dropping them off at school, the actress works out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, doing everything from dance cardio to strength-training.
Paltrow developed her diet after seeking help from a physician, reported Self .
“My doctor, Alejandro Junger, recommended that I cut out basically everything: dairy, sugar, gluten, anything processed,” explained the actress.
Gwyneth now follows that Paleo-style diet cleanse a few times annually.
“I probably eat this way two or three times a year for three weeks at a time.”
