Apple looks just like mom Gwyneth Paltrow, who couldn't resist sharing a photo of her mini-me daughter and son Moses. And Paltrow also showed the loving sense of humor that she has toward her children with the Instagram caption revealing that Apple relies on a helmet, reported People.
"Brother proof. Sort of," wrote Gwyneth for the headline. At 42, Paltrow has developed a flock of fond followers, and some couldn't resist punning her daughter's mom.
"The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree."In addition to the children, Gwyneth's family includes pet dogs and two bunnies, with the puppies featured in the photo as well.
Does Moses look like dad Chris Martin, from whom Gwyneth is "consciously uncoupled"? Paltrow didn't reveal any photos that might show a resemblance, continuing the family tradition of keeping her children relatively private.
However, she did reveal that she, Chris, Apple, and Moses devoted Mother's Day to the family. And at 9, Moses penned a loving message to his mom, which she posted.
"You are wonderful because you always help me feed and play with the bunnies. My favorite part of the day is when we watch the bunnies run around the garden."For Apple, growing up looking just like mom Gwyneth means learning to follow the actress' love for diet and fitness. Paltrow has frequently asserted her belief that an organic diet and consistent exercise regime are essential for health and a fabulous figure at all ages, as the Inquisitr reported.
The actress works out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, doing everything from dance cardio to strength-training. And Paltrow keeps her low-carb diet simple, focusing on protein and veggies.
"For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken," noted the 42-year-old mom of two.As for those famed detox diets that she touts on her Web site Goop? Gwyneth feels that they've gotten a bad rap because many people don't understand that she's not advocating daily detoxing, reported Entertainment Tonight.
"I think Goop has become synonymous with detox because we're interested in ways to be healthy. It's not hippie-ish. It's dealing with the reality that we live in a really toxic world."Part of dealing with that reality, adds Paltrow, is going on detox diets just a few times a year, which involves a low carb Paleo plan that eliminates processed foods, sugar, and dairy. And as a mom, Gwyneth also emphasizes balance.
"I probably eat this way two or three times a year for three weeks at a time. Past that, I'm not willing to make the sacrifice. Life is about balance."[Photo by Jason Kempin/Getty Images for Baby Buggy]
