Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton may have been on different sides of the country in recent weeks, but their hectic schedules haven’t put any visible strain on their relationship. In fact, the couple appears to be doing great, and on Instagram, Stefani recently confirmed the news.
After spending time with Blake Shelton in Oklahoma earlier this month, the 46-year-old singer shared a selfie with her fans and followers in which she was seen wearing a shirt that read, “Oklahoma.”
“Hi,” Stefani captioned the August 30 photo, which was liked by over 100,000 fans in just 24 hours.

Following a trip to Vancouver last week, Stefani headed back to California, where she is scheduled to play a number of shows as her “This Is What the Truth Feels Like Tour” continues. Then, at the end of October, Stefani will perform the very last show of her tour in Irving, California, before returning home to Blake Shelton and her three boys, 10-year-old Kingston, 8-year-old Zuma, and 2-year-old Apollo.
In addition to her recent Instagram confirmation of her romance going strong, Stefani was also seen supporting her boyfriend on Periscope. As Blake Shelton sang one of his hit tracks during an Ashton Kutcher charity event on Saturday, the singer got online from her show in Fresno, California, where she “fangirl-ed” over her boyfriend’s performance.
Since Stefani kicked off her tour in July, Blake Shelton has made regular appearances at her shows, and during a couple of those appearances, he and Stefani sang their duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” which they wrote in the early months of their relationship.

Throughout their romance, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have openly gushed about their love for one another, and they even shared a few of their early flirtations during The Voice Season 9. Then, during The Voice Season 10, Stefani returned to act as a guest mentor and later joined Blake Shelton for a performance of “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.”
“I just like being with her, but when she’s all dolled up and we go places, it’s always fun for me,” Blake Shelton explained to Entertainment Online’s Sophie Schillaci of Stefani. “If she was here right now, not one person here would be looking at anybody else but her. It’s just cool to know that’s who I came here with.”
Blake Shelton continued on, revealing that a lot of his new music is based on their romance and the past year and a half of his life, which also includes a divorce from Miranda Lambert.
“That’s basically what [‘A Guy With a Girl’] is about. They may come up and talk to me, but it’s only because I’m one person over from her. Pretty cool,” Blake Shelton said.
Blake Shelton also spoke of his relationship with Stefani’s three sons, who are often seen at his Oklahoma home.
“When they come out there, I don’t see them much because if they’re at my place in Oklahoma, they’re in the woods,” Shelton said. “I don’t know how to keep control of them.”
In recent months, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been faced with tons of rumors regarding their relationship and plans for the future. Luckily, Shelton has taken it all with a grain of salt.
“I read that we’re having twins in the latest tabloid, and I think you can fit two humans in there,” Blake Shelton joked, referring to his own belly. “Maybe three in there!”
