Gigi Hadid, Zayn Malik Break Up, But Could Just Be On A Break

It seems like all of young Hollywood is breaking up this week. Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are the latest couple to call it quits.
According to a breaking news report via E! Online , Gigi Hadid, 21, and Zayn Malik, 23, have ended their relationship after just seven months of dating. However, it’s unclear why the couple have decided to end things so soon. An inside source told the outlet that Hadid and Malik are going through a difficult time and are hoping to get back together in the near future. Apparently, things first went downhill at Hadid’s 21st birthday party, which was a star-studded affair, back in April.

“During her birthday they were fighting,” the insider revealed, adding that Gigi and Zayn have “broken up and got back together a few times” already.
A second source has also confirmed the split news to E! Online, but also hinted that the couple may reunite in the near future.
“Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow. It’s all very unclear what’s going on between them now. They been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along. Gigi is really sad about this, though, and in a way would like to work it out. It’s more about that constant contact with Zayn that she misses and they did get very close.”
TMZ ‘s sources said that Gigi Hadid never introduced Zayn Malk to anyone in her family, except for her sister Bella Hadid. She usually has her mom and dad meet her boyfriends, but that wasn’t the case this time around. Even Yolanda Hadid has previously said that she has yet to meet the former 1D singer.
This isn’t the first time that Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have been the center of split rumors. In fact, the gorgeous couple have been plagued by the rumors for the past few weeks.
It all started when Malik was spotted on a hike with a mystery blonde woman. He was also spotted grocery shopping with another blonde mystery woman, according to Hollywood Life. Then a story published in the June 13 issue of Life & Style claimed that Malik and Hadid quietly ended their relationship weeks ago so that he could live like a rock star on tour.
“Gigi has cut all communication with Zayn and refuses to answer his calls and text. She blocked his number.”
While Hadid’s friends have urged her to move on, she’s told them that she’s not ready to date anyone else. She was also upset to see that he was spotted with another woman in the past few weeks.
“When she saw pictures of him with another woman, her sadness turned to anger. She feels betrayed,” the source revealed.
But they could very well be seeing each other still. Over the Memorial Day weekend, Gigi took to Snapchat to share a photo of pots that contained chicken curry, sliced cucumbers, and naan bread, along with the caption, “When you find the one that can cook,” and the heart-eye emoji. Gigi was probably referring to Zayn cooking her a special meal in the kitchen.

Fans have also noticed that Gigi has still been sharing photos and clips about Zayn on Snapchat amid the split rumors. Neither Gigi nor Zayn have addressed the rumors as of today, but it’s unlikely that they will. They will probably only confirm through a photo shoot or music video like they did in their Vogue editorial shoot and “Pillowtalk” music video.
