Gigi Hadid Spotted Kissing A Man In NYC: Did She And Zayn Malik Split?

Gigi Hadid was just caught kissing a man who was definitely not her boyfriend, Zayn Malik.

According to a recent report, the 21-year-old model engaged in a passionate kiss with a new man in the middle of the street, but luckily, Gigi Hadid was only doing so for the sake of a steamy ad for Versace’s latest fragrance, Dylan Blue.

On August 10, after sharing a photo from Gigi Hadid’s ad, J-14 confirmed the kiss between the model and the mystery man had been captured for the fashion house.

“This is actually a screenshot from Gigi’s commercial for Versace’s newest men’s fragrance, Dylan Blue. The campaign video was shot by Bruce Weber who made Gigi look like a total girl boss!” the outlet explained.

As for what Gigi Hadid’s boyfriend thought about the campaign, J-14 said he was definitely super proud of his leading lady’s latest gig even though she was surrounded by attractive, shirtless men and kissing other guys.

Over the spring, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were faced with challenges within their relationship which ultimately resulted in a split. However, after spending just a short time apart, the couple got back together and now appears to be going strong. Although Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik haven’t been spotted together recently, one source claims they have been better than ever since rekindling their romance in June.

“Things are back to normal with them,” a source close to Malik told E! News. “They got through a rough patch that Zayn was facing personally and it started to put a dark cloud on their relationship. Gigi was there for him when he needed her the most and that brought them closer than ever.”

In June, just a short time after the couple rekindled their relationship, Malik suddenly canceled his appearance at the Capital FM Summertime Ball, which was supposed to be his first solo performance in the U.K. In a statement to fans on Twitter, Malik explained that he was suffering from anxiety, the worst of his career, and would be unable to sing at the event. He also requested the understanding of those who aren’t familiar with the illness.

“They have been spending some alone time together lately without the media seeing them,” the source added. “Zayn is feeling better with the help of Gigi and many other close people in his life. It’s a work in progress for him.”

Following Malik’s anxiety statement, Gigi Hadid shared an emotional post aimed at Malik on her own Twitter page in which she told the singer she loved and supported him and would continue to do so. Gigi Hadid also commended Malik for being brave and sharing his story with his audience.

After Malik’s concert cancellation, the singer has “opened up to [Gigi Hadid] about his anxiety the past few weeks.”

“[Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik] have been through a lot these past few months, but they are really trying to communicate better going forward,” the source said, with another adding, “Zayn really appreciates Gigi even more after this because he sees how much Gigi is there for him.”

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are typically seen together in the Big Apple, but for whatever reason, no photos of them have surfaced recently. Instead, the couple appears to be focused on their careers; her with modeling and the former One Direction singer with his solo career.
