Final Fantasy XIII-2 is due out in North America at the tail end of the month, but fans will be able to get their hands on the game earlier than that in the form of a demo, Square Enix announced today.
The company says the demo will be made available on Xbox Live in North America and Europe on January 11. PlayStation 3 owners in north America will get the demo a day early on January 10, but European gamers will have to wait until the 11th for their Final Fantasy XIII-2 demo.
Square didn’t say exactly what type of content gamers can expect out of the demo but, considering they’re even offering a demo to begin with, I’d wager it’s a reasonably-sized chunk.
I wasn’t too big of a fan of Final Fantasy XIII , so I’ll probably be giving the demo a download to see what, if anything, has improved. What about you? Will you be getting the demo, or is your purchase already locked in?
