The world is very excited for all of the films coming out in the DC Comics movie universe over the coming years, and a lot of focus is on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad . Still, there are many others coming, and now Warner Bros. has released the filming schedule for both Wonder Woman and the highly anticipated Justice League .
Collider is reporting that Warner Bros. is going full force ahead on getting the next films in the cinematic universe going and on schedule. That info comes from a tweet that landed online showing “Empire” covering the shooting schedule.

So, Patty Jenkins is already prepping for Wonder Woman, which is set to begin filming this fall. The film stars Gal Gadot and Chris Pine and is going to be hitting theaters on June 23, 2017, so there is still plenty of time before its release.
Suicide Squad is still in the middle of shooting, and that is due to wrap up in September. It will be in theaters on August 5 of next year.
As for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice , filming on it has officially wrapped now, and it has gone to post. Special effects, editing, and more is being done to the film so that it can meet its release date of March 25.
Interestingly enough, “soft prep” is already being done on Justice League Part One which is set to land in theaters on November 12, 2017. Justice League Part Two is still a bit of time away as it won’t be released until June 14, 2019.
It is interesting to see as well that the script for Aquaman is being overseen by Jenkins reportedly. That film is being directed by James Wan, and isn’t set to hit theaters until summer of 2018.
As Screen Crush reported, there is still talk of Phil Lord and Chris Miller developing the screenplay for a theatrical version of The Flash from Warner Bros. This isn’t entirely certain though, as they are set to write and direct the Star Wars spinoff film about Han Solo.
While so many fans are looking forward to Justice League , it’s not going to be made in the same way that Marvel created The Avengers . Each stand-alone film for the team won’t be coming out before the film of them all together.
Warner Bros. is truly bringing out the big guns for the DC Cinematic Universe , and now knowing the filming schedules of Wonder Woman and Justice League , things are moving along. A lot will ride on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to see how it all begins.
