Fans of the horror core group Insane Clown Posse don’t just sit around listening to crappy music together they also engage in gang activities according to a recent report filed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The FBI called the Juggalos (the name for ICP fans) a “family gang” during their latest national gang threat assessment and listed them next to the likes of family gang’s located in Asia, Somali and Jamaica.
While the Juggalos have not always been the most organized group the FBI report says they have moved beyond smoking weed and trying to figure out how magnets work (sorry if you don’t get the joke) to “engaging in more gang-like criminal activity, such as felony assaults, thefts, robberies, and drug sales. Social networking websites are a popular conveyance for Juggalo sub-culture to communicate and expand.”
The group is especially fond of Facebook and Twitter use which they use to spread their gang activities like wildfire, keeping law enforcement officials on their toes.
The FBI report also reveals that the Juggalos are beginning to spread their reach into New Mexico after having formerly branched out in Utah, Arizona, California and Pennsylvania.
It’s still unclear how the Juggalos will be targeted by FBI officials, perhaps government agents will just start showing up at concerts dressed as clowns, after all there’s nothing more scary than a gang who’s founding relics are a bunch of crappy rappers who wear clown makeup and get owned by Eminem whenever they try to call him out on records.
