President Donald Trump is ready to move mountains just to show his power, just like a king, but he is not. His actions and aspirations are taking America toward dictatorship, and MAGA seems to be rejoicing in the fact.
In his latest attempt to curb those who dare speak against him, Trump has issued a forceful statement on Truth Social. This statement is in response to intensifying riots in California.
People are on the street fighting for their rights against federal immigration enforcement actions.
Trump called LA a city invaded and occupied by illegal aliens and Criminals and declared that order would be restored. He condemned the protests rising all across the city as lawless riots in his Sunday evening post and claimed that these have reinforced the administration’s decision to remove the undocumented migrants.
There are widespread demonstrations erupting in the city of Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. The city is fighting for its existence and its people against ICE operations. Amid this chaos, rather than assuring people, President Trump poured gasoline on the fire.
Trump has called these events a coordinated assault on federal agents. He said that “violent, insurrectionist mobs are swarming and attacking our Federal Agents to try and stop our deportation operations.”

Trump is now using his social media platform Truth Social as an official way of communicating with his cabinet and secretaries. Trump announced a directive on Truth Social to top federal officials. He has called for swift and decisive action.
He also ordered Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and Attorney General Pam Bondi to coordinate with all relevant departments to “liberate Los Angeles from the Migrant Invasion.”
“Order will be restored, the Illegals will be expelled, and Los Angeles will be set free,” Trump wrote. Donald Trump seems to be set on an escalation in the federal government’s response to immigration-related unrest. He has also positioned the administration’s actions as a defense of national sovereignty against “Radical Left protests, by instigators and often paid troublemakers.”
There has been a drastic increase in clashes between demonstrators and law enforcement. In response to this, Donald Trump has now released an order for the deployment of 2,000 California National Guard.

These troops have Title 10 federal authority, which circumvents Governor Gavin Newsom’s objections. This is one of the few times when the President of the United States has overruled the state authority and unilaterally federalized a state’s National Guard for domestic unrest.

Trump had also praised the National Guard’s actions, saying that they have done a great job handling the clashes and unrest after two days of riots. Though it should be noted that even after announcing the involvement of national guards in LA’s riots, they were yet to reach the staging area as late as Sunday evening.
Federal agents have continued to use tear gas, pepper balls, and flash-bang grenades to disperse crowds in affected neighborhoods. This included downtown Los Angeles and the city of Paramount.

Trump has also directed his force to take anyone with a mask. He has literally banned masks for the “rioters” while federal forces and ICE are showing up in full face masks and garbs.
