The infusion of Destiny Year One Exotics upgraded to Year Two as part of the 2.1 update paid off for Xûr this week. The Agent of the Nine is back in the Tower for the weekend of Friday, December 11 and comes bearing new inventory for Titans, Hunters, and Warlocks.
Xûr can be found next to the Crucible Quartermaster in the Tower this weekend. Simply head straight toward the Vanguard hall after spawning in the tower and look against the wall on the left just before you run into the Quartermaster. Here’s where you can find him on the Tower map.
Xûr and his items will only be available in Destiny through the morning of Sunday, December 13. As soon as the clock strikes 5 a.m. ET/2 a.m. PT, he will be gone.

Monte Carlo
Helm of Inmost Light
The split 50 Intellect and 51 Strength stat is excellent for the helmet if you are a Destiny player who still prefers Strikers. Re-rolling using Glass Needles for the “Inverse Shadow” perk plus “Infusion” or “Better Already” is recommended, though.
Radiant Dance Machines
The 58 Intellect and 55 Strength stat roll combined with perks to carry extra Machine Gun or Sniper Rifle ammo should have most players standing pat with Radiant Dance Machines as is.
Nothing Manacles
The 13 Intellect / 65 Discipline roll is one of the somewhat rare high/low split rolls. Players seeking pure Discipline can always re-roll, but it ultimately comes down to which style of weapon you prefer to have faster reloading speed.
