On Monday, December 1, 2014, TMZ rumor reports emerged that Demi Lovato has been struggling to sell her home in Los Angeles for some time, and was listing it for a fourth time on the real estate market. The facts of this situation were not one that Demi Lovato shied way from, either. She was quick to clear the situation started by tabloids. TMC told that Demi Lovato was listing her house in Toluca Lake for a fourth time and attaching a price tag of a mere, $2.25 million. According to MailOnline, the true story behind the six bedrooms and seven bath home was:
“1. I RENTED the house when I was 15 for 2 years 2. Renting is NOT owning 3. Stop trying to start a fire where there is none.”
Since the tweet from Demi Lovato to set the record straight, TMZ has taken down their article and are no longer publicizing anything about the topic. They are notorious for posting stories about stars, most of them are untrue. However, these topics bring in page views and page views bring in money.
While the house has been listed again for the fourth time, now that the Demi Lovato has admitted to renting the property, it is highly likely that the property will sell a lot faster now that the star has attached her to it.
