Dakota Fanning announced her interest in the Twilight sequel New Moon , in which she said she’d like to star as Jane, a vampire who guards Volturi, an Italian sect, and possesses advanced mental powers. Things were short and sweet, but we all know that this will keep crazed Twilight fans going for months:
“It’s definitely possible. I really hope it works out,” Fanning said. “It would be a really fantastic experience I’m sure.”
“I think that the actors are amazing,” Dakota told E! “It would be really cool to be a part of that. I’m a big fan.” Meanwhile, a rep for Summit Entertainment told Access Hollywood that “We are considering all actors that have the unique requirements for the look of Jane, Dakota being one of them.”
She should really start reading the books , then!
