Sheen, who has been out of rehab for two months, has been in New York this past weekend and week with ex-wife Denise Richards and their two kids. Richards and the kids have been staying in a separate room from Sheen, who was discovered by hotel security shortly after 2 am in a destroyed suite at the Plaza:
Sheen, 45, told police he had been “out partying,” sources said.
After he returned to his room with an unidentified woman, he noticed his wallet and cellphone were missing, causing him to fly into a rage, sources said.
A police official said the woman in the room with Sheen was a hooker.
The NYPD confirmed to press that no complaints were made, neither Sheen nor anyone else was arrested and no criminal charges were expected in the case. Sheen was last in the news when his car was stolen from his driveway and driven off a cliff for the second time this year .
