Charlie Sheen will be appearing in court on Tuesday to ask a judge for full custody of his children Bob and Max.
Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller is once again back in rehab after falling off the wagon last week. When drug testers showed up at Mueller’s home she refused the test at the suggestion of her lawyer, a refusal in the courts eyes is considered a dirty test.
According to TMZ, Charlie wants physical and legal custody of his children so badly that he’s appearing in court himself to deliver a message to the judge.
Sheen’s lawyer Mark Gross is expected to argue that Mueller is not fit to care for her children.
