Bravo star Brandi Glanville has been accused of indulging in liquor after her alleged firing from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . Following news of her exit from the show, In Touch Weekly claimed the Bravo star had suffered a breakdown.
“She’s beating herself up that her over-the-top antics backfired,” an insider told the magazine, according to a screenshot shared by the Bravo star on Sunday.

In Touch Weekly went on to claim the Bravo star had gone from “tossing the wine to chugging it,” and noted Glanville had admitted to drinking just days after her alleged firing on Twitter. In a series of tweets, Glanville said she was “drinking and tweeting” and claimed she was “drunkish.”
Although the Bravo star denied being fired a short time after reports of such hit the web, she later admitted the network did not invite her back to the show in a full-time role. Instead, she claimed, she was invited to return as a “friend” of the wives.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville announced she would not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 5 during a podcast last week. However, despite her recent tweet claiming Bravo did not ask her to return full-time, the Bravo star alleged the decision was all hers.
“After a lot of careful thought and deliberation I have decided not to return to RHOBH as a full time cast member this season. The past 4 years have been amazing, a complete roller coaster of a ride. I will always be thankful to Bravo for the opportunities that have come along with doing this pop culture phenomenon of a show. In the meantime, I’m working hard on my podcast, my new wine business and my clothing line. And keep an eye out for my next adventure that will show everyone a more well-rounded side of who I really am.”
The Bravo star joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during the show’s second season as a “friend” of the wives alongside Adrienne Maloof. During Season 3, Glanville was upgraded to a full-time role, which she remained in until the end of Season 5.
The Bravo star has not yet revealed whether or not she will be seen in a part-time role.
