Len Wiseman’s remake of the Arnold Schwarzenegger classic Total Recall is shaping up nicely with Bill Nighy being added to the movies cast of characters. Already signed on for the film are Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, Bryan Cranston and a cameo by Ethan Hawke.
Bill Nighy is said to be in contract negotiation for the role with the movie beginning principal photography in Toronto this June.
Nighy will be playing the role of Quatto, the leader of the resistance.
According to LatinoReview in the remake the movie focuses on:
“T he nation states Euromerica and New Shanghai, with Douglas Quaid (Farrell) who is a factory worker in the latter who begins to believe he is a spy — although he doesn’t know for which side.”
