Justin Bieber has just set a new record on Youtube. Bieber has officially become the first person to have more than 2 billion video views. Lady Gaga was the first artist to reach a billion.
According to Stuff, Justin Bieber’s Youtube page had 94 million views this month alone to help the Canadian singer surpass Lady Gaga to become the most watched person on Youtube. Currently, the Biebs’ videos have been viewed 2,008,497,760 times. Bieber’s most viewed video is his song “Baby,” which has already passed the half billion mark. “Baby” currently has 650,024,058 views.

According to Ace Showbiz, Lady Gaga still has the top spot in another popularity contest. The Mother Monster is the most followed celebrity on Twitter with 15 million fans. Bieber is about a million short of Gaga’s Twitter record.
So how did Bieber get so many fans so quickly? Maybe it’s because the teenage pop star has the habit of dropping the word “like” into all of his interviews. When Bieber appeared on Jay Leno earlier this year, he dropped the “like bomb” more than 50 times.
The Biebs is currently promoting his latest album, “Mistletoe.” Here’s the title track from the new album. It was published to his Youtube page two weeks ago. It already has 28 million views.
