Bethenny Frankel wants to reveal the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the weight wars truth – and while she’s at it, she also wants to respond to what she feels are lies about everything from anorexia accusations to those Real Housewives Of New York City cat fights. Directing her wrath at skinny-shaming, Frankel even responded to those who have accused her of an eating disorder during an interview with the Today show.

Titled I Suck at Relationships So You Don’t Have To , the memoir also gets real about what Bethenny contends she’s learned from her relationship with Jason Hoppy, from whom she is getting divorced.

“I’m owning it,” declared the 44-year-old owner of Skinny Girl products.

“I’ve learned more from my mistakes than I have my successes in everything. I was broke not so long ago. In my business, I always wanted to be successful, and I made a lot of mistakes and I really had no idea if it would ever happen for me. It’s the same with relationships. I can still give advice on something that I’ve made a lot of mistakes in. It’s about ‘do as I say, not as I’ve done.’”

Although it initially seemed that Bethenny felt she had made a mistake in ever appearing on the Real Housewives Of New York City , the entrepreneur also revealed why she quit after Season Three and is now returning for Season Seven.

“I didn’t want to come back,” she recalls of her initial hesitation.

Frankel claims that she turned down a variety of opportunities and chose Real Housewives over all of them.

“I was offered Shark Tank and Dancing With the Stars and Cinderella and all these different things.”

However, Bethenny insists that she felt returning to the Real Housewives shows that you can, literally, go home again.

“I wanted to come home again. I really never thought I would go back. It had gotten to a point where I didn’t enjoy it anymore, and now, I’m so glad that I waited because I’m really enjoying it. “I respect the women. I respect what everyone’s going through. We’re all at different times. Some of them I’ve known for so many years, and it feels like I’m going back to high school—like a high school reunion!”

And just like a real-life high school reunion, Bethenny admits that the cast members of Real Housewives Of New York City discussed her weight.

“People do comment a lot. Yeah, I am thin. I mean, I have a brand called Skinnygirl, so it’s not a big giant mystery. You can’t please everybody. You try to please everybody you end up pleasing nobody.”

So just how much does Frankel weigh, and how does she respond to those who insist that she appears to have anorexia?

“Sometimes I do agree that I look too thin, especially when I’m tired, especially when I’m haggard. I do eat. There are nutritionists that comment that I don’t even weigh 100 lbs. I weigh 115 lbs,” announced Frankel.

And Bethenny isn’t alone in battling the skinny-shamers. As the Inquisitr reported, Giuliana Rancic has had to repeatedly respond to those who insist that she appears to have an eating disorder such as anorexia.

But Frankel takes it in stride because she feels it’s part of her new career as a professional reality TV star , reported the Daily Beast .

“I’m a professional reality star,” says Bethenny with pride in response to those who feel that she’s returning to the Real Housewives franchise because her talk show failed.

“What good is that, to be like ‘I failed’?” asks Frankel. “I guess I did. But I try not to think about it that way.”
