Some of the men who made it far on The Bachelorette for Kaitlyn Bristowe have reacted to the public revelation that she ended up choosing and getting engaged to Shawn Booth. In an Instagram post, fan favorite Ben Zorn congratulated Kaitlyn and Shawn on their engagement. He also thanked the network and show for giving him the opportunity to be on the show and meet some amazing people. He accompanied his post with a collage of photos from his time on the show.

Jared Haibon, who will soon be seen on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise , wished Shawn and Kaitlyn the best .

Prior to the season finale, Shawn Booth thanked Ben Zorn, Ben Higgins, Chris “Cupcake” Strandburg, and Jared Haibon for showing him support . All of them had told E! News that they think that Shawn is the man for Kaitlyn.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Ben H., after the episode during which Kaitlyn sent him home was aired, tweeted that Kaitlyn deserves happiness .
Despite the end of The Bachelorette , viewers may again see Ben H. or Ben Z. at the mansion. As Us Weekly reported, both men are top contenders to be the next Bachelor .
On Monday night’s The Bachelorette season finale , Shawn professed his love for Kaitlyn after she sent Nick Viall home.
“I fall more and more in love with you every time I see you and I look at you and I see a best friend, a partner in crime, a teammate, the love of my life. You have already made me the happiest guy in the world and all I want to do is make you the happiest girl in the world. I love you so much, Kaitlyn.”
Kaitlyn acknowledged that she made mistakes, alluding to the fact that she had sex with Nick early on in the competition, but pledged that she will now always be faithful to him.
“The truth is you light me up and make me laugh and, most importantly, you allow me to be myself…I never want you to question what we have ever again because I am completely yours. I will always be faithful to you. I have been waiting so long to tell you how I feel because I love with all of my heart like I’ve never loved anybody before. I can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories with you and only you because you are the one and you always will be.”
Shawn Booth then got down on one knee and proposed to a crying Kaitlyn Bristowe, who quickly accepted.
