Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner Divorce On Hold? Has The ‘Batman V Superman’ Star Convinced His Estranged Wife To Wait Until After The Holidays?

Despite announcing an impending divorce earlier this year, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner may be putting their plans to split on hold, at least for the time being. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry , the two Hollywood stars are not only halting their divorce but trying to mend their broken relationship.

The news that the couple have suspended their plans to break up follow a series of sightings of Affleck and Garner out and about with their children. Although this is not solid evidence that the two are suddenly back together, it does show that they are putting their family first regardless of the divorce.

At the same time, another factor may be at work in Affleck and Garner choosing to remain together. In fact, according to an inside source, Affleck and Garner may be set to expand their family by adopting twins.

“It will be the best Christmas ever for their three kids. Not only are they getting their mommy and daddy back together, but they will have new siblings too!” the insider reported to the outlet.

That being said, neither Garner nor Affleck have even hinted that they are staying together, let alone adopting a few new kids. This makes a potential adoption seem highly unlikely, especially given the state their relationship is currently in. Whatever the truth of the matter, it is clear that the two still have their family’s best interests at heart.

“Ben and Jen have been talking for weeks about their marriage, and they have agreed that as many problems as they have had – and there has been plenty – they need to focus on their children,” the source added.

Meanwhile, Franchise Herald is reporting that there is a slight possibility that Garner may be pregnant with another child. In fact, it is rumored that Garner discovered that she was pregnant while filming for an upcoming movie.

“While Jen was in Atlanta working on her new movie, she found out that she was in the early stages of pregnancy,” an inside source told In Touch . “Jen was shocked when she found out about the pregnancy.”

Affleck, on the other hand, was reportedly excited about the prospects of another child. In particular, the Superman v Batman: Dawn of Justice star is allegedly planning on using the birth as a way to keep their marriage in one piece and prove that he can change his ways.

As many will recall, Ben Affleck was embroiled in controversy following reports that he cheated on Garner with the family’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian. Since then, he has allegedly made things right with Garner and is trying his hardest to mend things as the two move on with their relationship.

“Ben is thrilled at the thought of another child. He sees it as an insurance policy that Jen will give a permanent reunion serious thought,” the source stated. “Ben is ready to commit totally to Jen and fall in line as a faithful and dedicated family man. But they have a long way to go.”

At this point in time, there has yet to be any official word on whether or not Garner is actually pregnant with another child. As the situation continues to unfold, it is hoped that Affleck and Garner will come out and explain what is happening with their relationship and why they are still spending time together.

In the meantime, the only thing that is certain is that both Affleck and Garner care deeply about keeping their family in a healthy state. Whether or not this proves to be a deciding factor in the two remaining together is yet to be seen.
