DICE has released a new gameplay video for Battlefield 3 ‘s first expansion, one that I am super excited for, Back to Karkand .
In case you’re just now hearing about the expansion, Back to Karkand adds in four classic Battlefield 2 maps, including Strike at Karkand, Sharqi Peninsula and Gulf of Oman. Additionally, you’ll get a re-imagining of one of Battlefield ‘s most iconic maps, Wake Island.
As was recently revealed , players will also be able to get ten weapons originally found in Battlefield 2 , including the famous L96A1 sniper rifle, which you Counter-Strike players may know as the predecessor to the AWP. You’ll also get 5 new dog tags, five new achievements and three new vehicles.

The Battlefield 3 ‘Back to Karkand’ DLC is due out on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 at some point in December.
