Animal Tamer Randy Miller Lets A Tiger Attack Him [Video]

Professional animal trainer, Randy Miller, has a video of him coming to grips with a 392 pound tiger uploaded, and it even features footage of the enormous cat pinning him to the ground.

The 45-year-old lets the tigress, Eden, lay on top and then play-fight with him during their training for a Hollywood film role, in Big Bear, California.

Previously, Randy and Eden have starred in Gladiator, where Miller was Russell Crowe’s body double. During  a video that has been uploaded to Youtube, you can see Miller and his assistant working on their ranch.

Miller has also worked on Transformers 2 and Last Samurai, but he takes time to warn those watching about the perils of his work stating that if the animal becomes serious he can die with just one bite, especially if it’s on the neck, stating that he was mauled while working on Ridley Scott’s epic.

Randy reveals that he never takes the attacks personally though. Despite the obvious dangers of his profession, Miller admits that this is his dream job, and he also states that he feels safe because of the bond that exists between him and the animals, as he has raised the tigers from birth.

Throughout the video, you can clearly see Miller laying on the ground with the huge tiger on top of him, and most of the time it also has its mouth open with its teeth ready to pounce too.

The threat a tiger poses was highlighted last week when a tiger housed at an Indiana animal rescue shelter attacked a caretaker who was looking to clean its cage.

Marissa Dub is now in a fair condition after the assault, which took place at the Exotic Feline Rescue Center in Center Point, Indiana. At one point it is believed that the tiger even had her head in its mouth.
