Angelina Jolie has reportedly convinced herself that her husband, Brad Pitt, engaged in an on-set affair with Marion Cotillard while filming the World War II drama Allied .
Although Jolie and her kids moved to London with Pitt as he and Marion Cotillard filmed the movie, a report claims the 41-year-old actress believes something went on between the co-stars behind her back.
“Angelina totally believes that Brad had an affair with [Marion Cotillard] when they were shooting the movie,” a source told Hollywood Life on September 26. “He had even commented to Angelina before they started shooting on how elegant and sexy [Marion Cotillard] is.”
Over a decade ago, it was Jolie who was accused of having an on-set affair with Pitt while he was married to Jennifer Aniston. Now, it appears that Jolie is convinced that the tables have turned.

According to the Hollywood Life report, the couple’s marriage was strained during the time Pitt was filming with Marion Cotillard, and because of that, Jolie reportedly finds the timing suspicious.
“During filming their relationship was especially strained,” the insider explained. “So the timing is particularly suspicious.”
Pitt and Jolie have faced rumors of divorce for months, and throughout this year, Marion Cotillard has found herself caught up in those rumors. However, after months of enduring allegations of an affair, Marion Cotillard ultimately chose to speak out on Instagram.
Last week, after news broke of Pitt and Jolie’s split, Marion Cotillard took to social media, where she confirmed her relationship with French actor Guillaume Canet was still intact and revealed they were expecting their second child together. Marion Cotillard’s post came just hours after Page Six claimed Jolie’s divorce filing was the result of a private investigator confirming her husband and Cotillard had engaged in an affair .
In Page Six’s report, it was alleged that Jolie had hired a PI during the time Pitt and Marion Cotillard were filming Allied in London due to her suspicions of his possible cheating. In turn, their affair was allegedly confirmed.
“Firstly, many years ago, I met the man of my life, father of our son and of the baby we are expecting. He is my love, my best friend, the only one that I need,” Marion Cotillard wrote in her Instagram post to fans. “Secondly to those who have indicated that I am devastated, I am very well thank you. This crafted conversation isn’t distressing.”
Marion Cotillard also spoke of Pitt and Jolie in her statement to fans, claiming she had deep respect for the both of them and wished them peace during their tumultuous split.

On September 25, a source spoke to the Daily Star and confirmed that Pitt and Jolie faced troubles during their marriage due to Pitt’s relationship with Marion Cotillard.
“Angie hated all the female attention Brad would get. She is very jealous and insecure, despite being one of the most beautiful women in the world,” the source explained. “They had a number of arguments about his closeness to [Marion Cotillard]. Brad did all he could to reassure her there was nothing going on and even offered to take a polygraph test to prove he was telling the truth. Sadly for him she refused.”
One day after Marion Cotillard shared her response to the rumors on Instagram, her boyfriend , Guillaume Canet, took to his own Instagram page where he labeled the reports “stupid” and “unfounded.”
