Alec Baldwin won’t be running for the New York City mayoral position anytime in the future, according to the Words With Friends loving actor he simply isn’t “horny” for the office like other candidates who want the job.
Baldwin said during his weekly WNYC podcast:
“I’ve lost my appetite”
He goes on to add that other candidates are “like a guy on a date that you can tell he just can’t wait to get his hand up your blouse before even the lights go out in the theater.”
He then reveals his own selfish motives:
“Give this up for what?” he said. “I give up money and fame and position and success; I give up this wonderful life I have now in exchange for the chance to ‘really change things?’… Yeah, I’m not quite sure you can anymore.”
He then goes on to hint at a continuing role on the hit CBS show 30 Rock. While he told the Associated Press in October that he was ready to leave the show he now says sticking with 30 Rock would be better than a mayoral position.

The actor was recently kicked off a flight when he because rude to flight crew and started calling them inappropriate names after they asked him to turn off his Smartphone in the middle of a Words With Friends game.
