Adrienne Bailon Hits Back After Being Accused Of Cheating On Rob Kardashian [Video]

Adrienne Bailon is hitting back after she was accused of cheating on former boyfriend Rob Kardashian.

Adrienne, who dated Kardashian for two years between 2007 and 2009, slammed the accusations on the September 20 episode of her daytime talk show The Real , shutting down the recent wave of rumors suggesting she cheated on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

“I absolutely never cheated on Rob. And I just want to clarify that,” Bailon said on the show. “I can’t speak for anybody else, but I assure you that girl was not me.”

“I think Rob is a great guy. We had our relationship, what’s in the past is in the past,” Adrienne, who’s now engaged to Israel Houghton, added of her past two-year relationship with Kardashian. “But what I will say is that girl was certainly not me.”

Bailon slammed the cheating rumors after fans accused her of cheating after Kardashian recently claimed on his E! reality series with fiancé Blac Chyna, Rob & Chyna , that he was once in a relationship with a girl who cheated on him with multiple men.

According to Life & Style , Kardashian, who did not name the ex-girlfriend in question, admitted during a scene for the E! reality series that he was once in a relationship with someone who “was cheating and having sex with so many different people,” causing a slew of fans to point the finger at Adrienne.

But while some fans claimed that Bailon was the ex-girlfriend the reality star was referring to on social media, others had the singer’s back, pointing out that Adrienne has been very vocal about the fact that Kardashian allegedly cheated on her, ending their relationship.

“The irony, Rob thinks he’s insecure because he was cheated on. More like he is insecure because he cheated on Adrienne,” Twitter user @DashOnlineNet hit back after Bailon was accused of being the cheater, while @Tori_Brownn added, “Kardashian screwed himself over when he continuously cheated on Adrienne and she finally left him.”

Adrienne Bailon’s cheating denial comes just months after Bailon appeared to call out Rob Kardashian on the talk show, claiming during a segment on The Real back in May that it was actually Rob who cheated on her.

Bailon did not mention Rob by name while speaking out about cheating on the daytime talk show earlier this year, though Adrienne did allude to the fact that she was discussing Kardashian when retelling the story of an ex-boyfriend who was four years younger than her that cheated because he was “curious.”

“I think he never had a serious girlfriend before, and I think I was a lot more mature,” Adrienne said, retelling the cheating story to her co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry-Housley and now former co-host Tamar Braxton.

“I was on the road a lot and I was hardly ever home and I think, you know… it happens,” Adrienne continued, referring to her days in the Disney Channel band The Cheetah Girls, before admitting that although the unnamed ex, largely thought to be Kardashian, cheated, she doesn’t hold his past actions against him.

“We were both really young and he was younger than me and wanted some experience,” Bailon candidly continued on The Real . “I got it. He was just not for me. Him cheating on me allowed [me] to recognize that we weren’t for each other.”

Though Bailon didn’t explicitly mention Rob’s name during her cheating talk on The Real , Adrienne did speak out more directly about Kardashian’s cheating during a candid interview with Latina magazine back in 2014, where Bailon blasted Rob as being “so disloyal” to her during their two-year romance.

“It’s common knowledge that he cheated on me,” Adrienne said at the time, two years before Kardashian claimed that he was cheated on in a scene filmed for Rob & Chyna .

“He strategically planned things out so that he could cheat on me, and that was so disloyal,” Bailon added.
