Activision decided to get ahead of the San Diego Comic Con festivities by going ahead and announcing the release window for Prototype 2 . According to the info sent over, the title is due out in April 24, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
Not willing to settle for jumping ahead of SDCC once, Activision also released the first of three Prototype 2 CG trailers over on the official website. You can go there to check it out or, alternatively, find it embedded below.
If you have plans to attend San Diego Comic Con, you’ll also be able to see the game in action for yourself at Activision’s booth (#5445).
